The Iron Blosam Lodge is named after a historic Little Cottonwood Mining Claim "Iron Blosam," hence the phonetic spelling. Iron Blosam's d‚cor in its hallways and elevator lobbies display historic mining artifacts and vintage skis. Iron Blosam was fully opened in the fall of 1975. The Iron Blosam has been extensively remodeled and upgraded with the most recent room renovation being completed in 2004. The Iron Blosam spa consists of a heated outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, steam room and exercise room and men's and women's dry sauna. Massage services are available on site during the winter season.
