| High in Rocky Mountain National Park, the Rockies give birth to the legendary Colorado River. Downstream the Colorado grows into a clear, gently flowing river that is friendly and inviting to people of all ages with its class II rapids. The character of the landscape along the Upper Colorado River varies from natural to rural, and the scenery includes ranch meadows, valleys, steep slopes and rugged cliffs. Colorado River trips run from mid June to mid September. On the 2, 3 and 4 day trips you will camp on the river with your all your meals provided (lunch through lunch). Kayak trips are also available. |
