The Northgate Canyon starts at over 8,000 feet in elevation and drops 470 feet over the next 18 miles. Paddling through intense Class III-IV rapids including Stovepipe, the Wall in the Narrows and Windy Hole, you discover true river magic as you sail through the classic "Old West" scenery of snow-capped mountain ranges and western cattle ranches.
